In November 2017, I attended a fascinating conference in a small town in the North Andalusian Mountains called Velez Blanco. It was attended by some of my favourite writers and bloggers. My thanks to them all as I am now inspired to resuscitate my blog and actually make an attempt to keep it going.

As you can see from the posts that predate this, I was trying to run a blog connected with the present (then)  and a blog about the past (memories of our home in the UK) – it was too disconnected, now it will simply be a blog about places, moments and things from the past and present that I feel inspired to write about – in the hope that they entertain.
